A clear plan when generation fails.

Checkout is not yet available. This is our proposed approach, not an active purchase policy.

Technical failures

We plan to offer a retry or refund when a paid generation fails to deliver a downloadable video.

Additional creative versions

A new creative direction or another generated version is intended to be a separate purchase.

Final policy

Support contact details, request procedures, processing times and applicable cancellation rights will be published before checkout opens.
